Returns

To preserve product integrity and reduce waste, we do not accept physical returns. Please do not send products back to us or our fulfillment partners.

Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. Please submit your refund request by email to support@octaskin.com, including your order number and a brief description of your experience.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Our team reviews each request carefully to ensure fair treatment for all customers. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis to the original method of payment only; alternative accounts or cards are not accepted. Please allow up to 12 business days for your refund to be processed once approved. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Subscription Orders

Subscription charges follow the same 30-day refund policy as one-time purchases. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds on subscription charges that have already been processed for change-of-mind cancellations. To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, please cancel before your next billing date. Octaskin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny refunds and to determine the amount eligible for refund. Refunds may be declined in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our policies.
