I have been using Octaskin for my seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp since April 2026. As someone with naturally coarse and curly hair, I tend to wear my hair in the same braids or twists for multiple weeks. I consulted with the Octaskin team , who were very helpful and receptive, and I made the decision to apply the serum when I wash my hair, about every 10 days. My scalp is doing great. I have less itching, flaking, and visible inflammation, especially around the perimeter of my scalp. I am able to wear my braids and twists longer with comfort, which means alot to me. I love this product and I tell all my friends about it! This is the only leave-in dandruff treatment that really works for me.
