We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to keep you in the loop.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.
Please note, we do not ship to military addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions — for example, on qualifying bundles, limited-time discounts, or when your order exceeds a certain amount. Details will always be clearly displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Occasionally, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@octaskin.com. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
